(Cincinnati, Ohio), September, 2006 – Jean Lauterbach, president of Prism Consulting in Cincinnati and Chair for Vistage International, the world’s leading chief executive organization, was named among the Top 10 Tri-State Executive Coaches by Women’s Business Cincinnati. In her role with Vistage, Lauterbach leads small groups of chief executives who meet monthly to exchange ideas and help one another solve business problems. She also coaches each member individually on a monthly basis to guide their progress toward personal and professional goals. As a Vistage Chair, Lauterbach currently meets with more than 40 Cincinnati-area executives in various industries.
In addition to her role with Vistage, Lauterbach’s executive coaching experience includes strategic planning retreats, leadership training, and operational assessments.
Lauterbach earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati, and her master of hospital and health care administration degree from Xavier University. She is certified by the International Council for Quality Care, and has been a member of the Advisory Board for the Journal of Medical Practice Management. Prior to the formation of Prism Consulting, Lauterbach served as Vice President, Physician Services for Deaconess Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
