Vistage International names Charles Miller a new Boston Chair
SAN DIEGO, August 16, 2007 —Vistage International, the world’s leading chief executive organization, has named Charles Miller as a Vistage Chair in Boston. Miller joins a community of 9 Vistage Group Chairs and nearly 150 members in the greater Boston metropolitan area. Vistage member companies in Boston employ more than 21,400 employees and generate more than $3.6 million in revenue.
In this position, he will be responsible for building and facilitating groups of CEOs who meet monthly to discuss their business issues, share expertise and provide one another confidential help in critical situations.
Miller will also serve as an executive coach, meeting individually with each group member to provide accountability and support to improve the member’s business performance and personal leadership skills.
Miller received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration/Accounting at Northeastern University. As the vice president of Hollingsworth & Vose Co., Miller gained experience as a business advisor with a passion for helping business leaders identify, focus and act on critical issues most impacting their businesses with dramatic improvements. Miller is the vice chairman of the Maine Pulp and Paper Association and was previously the director of Goodwill Industries in Richmond, Va.
