Vistage International names Deborah Kennedy as a new Denver Chair

SAN DIEGO, August 13, 2007 — Vistage International, the world’s leading chief executive organization, has named Deborah Kennedy as a Vistage Chair in Denver. Kennedy joins a community of 9 Vistage Chairs and more than 260 members in the Colorado front range area. Vistage member companies in Colorado employ more than 27,500, generate more than $1.8 billion in revenue.

As a Vistage Chair, Kennedy is responsible for building and leading groups of chief executives and business owners who meet monthly to discuss their business challenges, share expertise with their peers and provide confidential help in critical situations. She also meets individually with each group member to provide accountability and support to improve the member’s business performance and personal leadership skills.

 Prior to partnering with Vistage International Kennedy spent her career working with both Fortune 500 companies and start-up ventures designing and executing sales transformation programs to take companies to the next level. Today, as a partner at OneAccord, she actively helps companies grow their revenue profitability. Her strengths include developing leadership teams to successfully lead strategies in growth, restructure and process improvement; focusing specifically on the performance of B2B sales organizations. Kennedy holds a MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver and serves on the board of the Communications Technology Professionals. She is a regular volunteer with the Susan G. Komen Organization.
