Peer advisors bring fresh perspectives
The core component of the Vistage experience is the group meeting. Members meet once a month for a full day with up to 16 chief executives, presidents or business owners from non-competing industries. In a trusted and confidential setting unique to Vistage groups, members grapple with the issues that can make or break a business. They share hard-earned expertise and newly minted ideas to reach better solutions.
Each meeting is professionally facilitated by a highly trained Vistage Chair, who guides both the content and flow to ensure that every member receives the maximum return on the time they invest.
Vistage group meetings entail a candid give-and-take, where trusted peers ask each other tough, in-depth questions that get to the heart of any business problem. As part of these monthly, confidential meetings, members receive direct and honest feedback, and derive actionable ideas that they want to and are expected to implement. Members also hear from expert resource speakers who deliver proven strategies and fresh perspectives they can apply immediately to their businesses.
Each member is carefully screened based on their experience, position and record of success. As a result, the trusted bonds developed during the meetings are among the most important relationships in a member’s professional career.
Over the years, Vistage groups have grappled with and overcome a variety of pressing business issues, including:
