Vistage Chair Jim Frost launches new private advisory board for chief executives in Western New York

San Diego, June 16, 2016— Vistage Chair Jim Frost has recently launched a new chief executive group in the Western New York market. The new Vistage group founding members will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Frost is part of a community of more than 800 Chairs worldwide who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 35 countries.

Vistage Regional Executive Keith Hartman applauded his success: “Jim, congratulations on your well-earned success in launching your first group!  You have worked hard and smart, collaboratively, with focus and presence.  Your members developed the trust and faith from your coaching to join a peer advisory group. They are fortunate to be on this journey with you and see the value of “WE over ME”.  It is a pleasure to welcome you into the community!  Congratulations again!”

Jim Frost is Owner of Starr Business Services, Inc.; former GM of MacLean Curtis, LLC ($43M); and former IT Director of Delphi Automotive Systems (20,000 employees, $26B). Most recently, to aid a local manufacturer in need of an experienced GM, he shut down his own business and went to work helping the family-owned enterprise achieve a strategic win. Jim holds an MSEE from Stanford University, a BEE from Kettering University, and is a former Adjunct Professor at Medaille College.
