Mike Miller Launches New Vistage Group in the Los Angeles Market
San Diego, November 20, 2013— Vistage Chair Mike Miller has recently launched a new chief executive group in Los Angeles, CA. The new Vistage group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Miller is joining a community of more than 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 17,000 members in 15 countries.
Vistage Best Practice Chair Bob Dabic applauded his success: “Mike is an example of someone with burning desire to fulfill his purpose via launching a group and making a significant difference in the lives of members and those they influence. His willingness to persist despite the inevitable challenges he encountered over an extended length of time is another reason he is now a full-fledged chair in our wonderful Vistage community. Congratulations to Mike and all those that helped him along the way! It will be a pleasure to have him as a member of our LA Vistage Chair Group!”
Mike Miller has experienced diverse career opportunities, holding CEO, COO and CFO positions for public and private companies. These tenures have covered a wide range of situations including vertically-integrated buildups, technology-based start-ups, and a turnaround of a public company that drove the per-share stock value from $1.25 to over $6.00 in less than six months. Mike received a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and a JD from the University of New Mexico Law School.
