Maryam Malek Launches New Vistage Group in the Orange County, CA Market
San Diego, May 31, 2013 Vistage Chair Maryam Malek has recently launched a new Chief Executive Group in the Orange County, CA market. The Vistage Group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Malek joins nearly 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 16,000 members in 15 countries.

She is the founder of Corporate Development Consulting and Center for Applied Emotional Intelligence in southern California, working with organizations globally to improve leadership effectiveness, strategic planning and employee effectiveness. Dr. Malek is also professor of Organizational Leadership and MBA programs at Pepperdine and Chapman universities in southern California. She is an international speaker and coach and works with CEOs and executive teams to improve performance in the workplace and strategic change. She is author of Role of Emotional Intelligence in Conflict Management in the Workplace. She was the host of the live radio talk show on KRLA, Work Doctor and TV programs in southern California.
