Roger Johannigman Launches New Vistage Group in Ohio Market
San Diego, August 26, 2014— Vistage Chair Roger Johannigman has recently launched a new chief executive group in Cincinnati, OH. The new Vistage group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Johannigman is part of a community of more than 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 16 countries.

Roger was the President, CEO and owner of Loveland Pet Products from 1979-2008. Roger gained leadership experience in strategy planning and implementation, outside board formation and management, new ventures, business planning and budgeting, banking, capital planning and financial management, acquisitions, organizational development, quality improvement, and business development. Roger operated the business until a successful sale to Bradley Caldwell, Inc., in July, 2008. Roger serves on local and national non-profit boards, as well as for-profit private company boards. Roger has also been an adjunct professor of management at the College of Mt. St. Joseph. Roger is a graduate of Harvard University, and holds an MBA degree from Xavier University. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Direction from the College of Mt. St. Joseph.
