Robert “Shark” Garland is a combat veteran fighter pilot of the United States Air Force. He was an F-15 Eagle instructor at the prestigious Air Force Weapons School (the Air Force’s “Top Gun” program) and one of the first F-22 Raptor Fighter Jet test pilots. He concluded his career as CEO of the Weapons School, retiring from active duty service as a full Colonel. Shark is a 2023 Vistage Top Performing Speaker, best-selling author, and keynote speaker. In addition, Shark holds several Masters degrees, is an inventor, and has a U.S. patent in aviation design for an airplane cockpit. He is also an instructor at VMax Group teaching leadership and teamwork excellence that inspires companies to Heroically SOAR!

Vistage Master Chair, Allen Hauge

As a Group Chair for Vistage International since 1992, Allen Hauge leads four peer groups of over 70 CEO and C-Level Executives meeting monthly to advise each other in a completely objective forum where no has any other agenda than to be helpful. World class speakers and subject matter experts from across the US regularly present half day in depth explorations of C-Level business topics. Membership is by invitation of the Group Chair and the CEO membership.
