With over thirty-five years of experience, he has worked with more than 3,500 companies, providing leadership training and teaching leaders how to achieve accountability. One of Mike Scott's notable contributions is the development of a simple yet highly effective framework called T A S. This framework has been adopted by over 3,500 organizations, both domestically and internationally, to enhance productivity levels on a daily basis. Recognizing the significance of practical application and real-world implementation, Mike emphasizes the importance of his workshop attendees participating in an implementation program.

Robin Stanaland, Master Chair

Robin Stanaland is a former Vistage Member and now serves as a Master Chair and CEO/Executive Coach in Houston Texas. She currently runs 6 peer groups with more than 80 CEOs and executives and spends over 1000 hours a year in one on one coaching sessions. In her 35 year career, she has been in support, sales, technology, an executive and an entrepreneur. Her business acumen and experience enables her to bring perspective to her clients. Robin has been described as the perfect combination of head and heart. She challenges her clients by helping them get to their next level of performance with bottom-line results. She does this by utilizing the peer-to-peer group advantage as well as the one-to-one coaching. She pushes her clients and holds them accountable for achieving their goals and overcoming the obstacles in their way. Robin has been an award-winning chair recognized 7 times with the Star Award (given to Chairs who rank in the top 10 out of 700+ chairs.), 9 years with the Chair Excellence Award, the Master Chair Award, the Hyndman Award, and recently was honored with Cope Award. Robin consistently ranks in the top 20 of Vistage chairs nationally and strives to provide value to her members by leading with her head and challenging with her heart.
