Meet every other month with your Vistage group​

Each group brings together 16+ high-potential professionals who meet every other month for full-day sessions. An accomplished Chair leads the session.​

Focus on core leadership competencies

Each Vistage meeting focuses on a core leadership competency. Mornings feature an interactive workshop with a subject matter expert. Afterward, the Chair facilitates a hands-on session focused on mastery and application.​

In-company mentorship between meetings​

Between meetings, participants work closely with an in-company mentor and an accountability team of Emerging Leader peers to reinforce learning.

AI integration throughout

AI is integrated throughout the experience, in practical leadership exercises, sharing real-world use cases, and building fluency through hands-on application between sessions.​
