Vistage Chair Keith Tessler launches new CEO coaching group for business leaders in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
San Diego, August 5, 2020 – Vistage Chair Keith Tessler recently launched a new chief executive group in the Philadelphia market. Founded in 1957, Vistage brings together exclusive groups of high-performing CEOs through a proven leadership experience that delivers results both personally and professionally. When leaders come together in their confidential monthly Vistage private advisory board meetings, they gain the perspective, clarity and support to help them become better leaders and accelerate their company’s growth. More than 45,000 Vistage members worldwide also have access to expert speakers, personalized coaching sessions, and international networking.
Tessler said, “When I was involved with Vistage, I learned first-hand the value of having access to an executive coach as a confidential place to explore new ideas and gain useful insights. Now as a Vistage Chair, I look forward to supporting leaders as they achieve their dreams. During these challenging times, I have been inspired to see the value that CEOs have received from their Vistage peer advisory group.”
For more than two decades, Keith was the Co-CEO and Chief Operations Officer of American Wedding Group, an industry-disrupting e-commerce company in the wedding services sector. He orchestrated a national rollout and multiple acquisitions, taking a family business from six to 150 markets throughout the United States and Canada. This expansion was driven by changes in strategy and company culture, and by developing the industry’s only enterprise-wide information system. In the process, he architected and developed a methodology that enabled 50 full-time staff to handle 13,000+ weddings a year.
