Will Henrickson Launches New Vistage Group in the New London Market
San Diego, December 5, 2013— Vistage Chair Will Henrickson has recently launched a new chief executive group in New London, CT – the first Vistage group in Eastern Connecticut. The new executive group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve professional and personal goals. Henrickson is part of a community of more than 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 17,000 members in 15 countries.

As a former CEO and corporate executive, Will brings over thirty years’ experience in business startup, product development and international team leadership to this role of Vistage Chair. He began his career as an engineering duty officer in the Coast Guard and Navy, where he led shipbuilding projects and trained future officers. After leaving active duty military service, he directed technology and product development teams at three MIT spin-offs. He then served as the president, CEO, and co-founder of several profitable advanced product companies. During his career, Will has built and led cross-functional organizations through all phases of product development and production startup; founded and built successful businesses; and assisted client companies in growing their market share.
