Oct. 23 Webinar | From Business Strategy to Business Results: Building Leaders Capable of Execution
Many executives spend too much time thinking about where the business is headed. Far fewer spend that same energy making sure their organization — and specifically their leadership team — is built to execute their strategy.
In this webinar, Alison Grizzle, Vistage speaker and founder of Clearview Strategy Partners, will help you close the gap between your strategy and your leadership team’s ability to execute it. Drawing from her experience working with executive teams, Alison will reveal where most leaders get the sequence wrong: building around the people they have, rather than building the leadership their strategy actually needs.
In this webinar, you’ll learn how to:
- Design an organization that’s built for where you’re going, not where you’ve been.
- Diagnose talent gaps using a four-box framework.
- Use feedback and accountability to keep your execution on track.
You’ll gain the knowledge and understanding to optimize your talent around your strategy because, ultimately, a strategy is only as good as the leaders in place to execute it.
