Why Lynn Tilton, CEO of Patriarch Partners Thinks America Is On the Wrong Track
As CEO of Patriarch Partners Lynn Tilton is no stranger to hard work. Starting as a single parent working a hundred hours per week to make ends meet Lynn is now a billionaire who owns more companies than any U.S. Women.
I asked Lynn what gave her the incredible work ethic she possessed to build Patriarch Partners.
“ When I lost my father in college I saw the incredible destruction that come to families from the loss of a working parent. When I started this business, for me it was about keeping families from falling apart because people lost their jobs.”
What does Lynn think about Americans being on the right track when it comes to business?
“I think we are absolutely on the wrong track.” Lynn responded. “I think Americans are running frightened and desperate and taking their little piece of the pie. I think we have lost the leadership that brings America together.”
